Eggs - Eggs is one of nature’s wonders and the main ingredient in this recipe. Full of vitamin and nutrients to fuel your bodies' needs.
Half & Half - Half & Half is half milk and half cream. It’s low carb friendly. It helps give you eggs that fluffy appearance. Plus it’s good for you!
Avocados - I love avocados for keto recipes. It’s one of the best high-fiber low carb foods full of 20 vitamins and minerals. Avocados are high in healthy fats, which help keep you fuller longer.
Bacon - Who doesn’t love crispy bacon! It’s that crunchy, smoky flavor for the perfect breakfast egg wrap.
Vegetables - For this recipe I’m using spinach, but kale or any other vegetable would work just as great. Spinach is full of nutritious and beneficial vitamins.
